Purpose of BERadar
BERadar aggregates, harmonises and presents observations and estimates from several organisations, distribution services and technical projects. BERadar is not affiliated with the RMI, Belgian authorities or the organisations cited as sources unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
BERadar’s structure, visual identity, original texts, specific code, processing, layer organisation and original graphic elements are protected. Any substantial reproduction or commercial reuse requires prior authorisation.
Third-party data, libraries, basemaps, trademarks and content remain subject to the licences and terms of their respective owners. The main sources are detailed in How does it work?.
Availability and accuracy
Pixel Komando endeavours to keep BERadar accessible and consistent without guaranteeing permanent availability, instant updates or the absence of errors. A remote source, cache, network, model or third-party service may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete or unavailable.
What BERadar does not replace
BERadar is an independent aggregator for observation and understanding. It is not a meteorological authority, warning system or emergency service.
Data may be delayed, incomplete, interpolated, incorrectly detected or temporarily unavailable. Model fields describe an estimated state. Animations show changes that have already been observed and never constitute a guaranteed path.
BERadar does not replace the Royal Meteorological Institute, the National Crisis Centre, local authorities or emergency services. No safety decision should be based solely on the map.
Third-party links and services
BERadar may contain links or load resources from third-party services. Pixel Komando does not continuously control their availability, content, terms of use or privacy practices.
